By accessing this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Using any part of the website, placing orders, or creating accounts constitutes acknowledgment of reading and accepting all terms.

WTC reserves the right to modify terms at any time without notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Continued site usage after changes means acceptance of updated terms.

The site is for lawful purposes only. Users cannot damage, disable, or impair the website, interfere with others' use, or attempt unauthorised access to any part of the site or connected databases.

Account holders must maintain confidentiality of credentials and report unauthorised use immediately. The Collector Circle is membership-based; sharing credentials is grounds for membership review.

While WTC displays products accurately, exact colour, dimension, and detail matches are not guaranteed. Manufacturing processes, finishing variation, and screen calibration may cause minor variations between displayed images and the piece you receive.

All products are subject to availability. WTC reserves the right to limit quantities, discontinue items, or refuse orders. Exclusive and limited edition pieces are not restocked once the run closes.

Orders constitute purchase offers; WTC reserves acceptance rights. Confirmation emails do not mean acceptance — acceptance occurs upon dispatch. If an order cannot be fulfilled, the customer receives a full refund.

Every Collector Circle piece is curated,, and built direct from our team for the member who ordered it. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once production has begun. If your piece arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll repair or replace it as a priority.

Prices display in USD unless stated otherwise and include applicable taxes where required by jurisdiction. WTC may change prices at any time, but confirmed orders are not affected.

WTC accepts major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, Klarna, and Affirm. Payments are processed securely through PCI-compliant payment partners; card details are not stored on WTC servers.

Declined payments prevent order processing. Members may retry with alternative methods. If charged but the order fails, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days.

All website content — text, graphics, logos, images, designs, photographs, software — belongs to WTC or its suppliers and is protected by intellectual property law. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or derivative creation requires express written permission.

WTC product silhouettes, dial layouts, and design language are originals protected by copyright and design rights. Unauthorised reproduction or imitation is prohibited.

Submitting reviews, photos, or content to the site or our social channels grants WTC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and reproduce that content for marketing purposes.

WTC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use or product purchases. Total liability does not exceed the amount paid for the specific product involved.

WTC pieces are precision items. We are not responsible for damage, injury, or loss arising from improper handling, environmental exposure beyond rated specifications, or non-recommended servicing. Follow the included care guide.

WTC is not responsible for third-party website content, privacy policies, or practices. Accessing external links is at the user's own risk.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA. Disputes fall under exclusive jurisdiction of Maricopa County courts.

If any provision is unenforceable, it is limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, leaving the remaining provisions intact.
