We're building a members-only watch brand from the ground up. That means genuinely interesting work at every stage — from movement selection and case finishing to brand storytelling and member community. We hire people who care deeply about what they do and want to help shape something that's moving fast.

We hire for character as much as skill. We're passionate about horology, member-direct manufacturing, and building something meaningful for a small circle of collectors.

Bench roles are based at our studio. Everything else is fully remote — async communication, regular video syncs, and quarterly in-person meetings for key moments. Great talent shouldn't be limited by geography.

As an early-stage studio, growth opportunities are significant. People joining now will shape what Collector Circle becomes — building their craft, portfolio, and influence as we scale. Early team members don't fill roles, they define them.
